Both lovely trainers with lots off knowledge from preference experiences.
Both trainers were fantastic. I have taken part in the course for the last 4 years and this is the best one I’ve done. I’ve learnt so much, and it has shown me what I already knew too. I actually feel like I can use this in the role now. Thank you

Overall, the course was very detailed and indepth with a mixture of paperwork, multiple choice question's and physical intervention. The trainer was realy good asking questions and making sure that all aspects of the course was delivered in detail and made sure that we were comfortable. Overall was really happy and pleased that the trainer was down to earth, chatty and made us feel relaxed and supported.
