It was lovely to have a refresher and to be able to discuss some family members as a team. The trainers made it very informative and engaging at all times.

Engaging trainer, interesting topic, great refresher re release technique. Great emphasis on importance of improving SU quality of life and really knowing them. trainer stressed the importance of using ABC charts and when the police should be called.
