I am impressed with the facilitator. I was able to learn extensively about PBS. Breakaway skills and communication strategy during cue or trigger time. I am going to put it in practice

John was absolutely brilliant. He had so many useful and informative examples from his professional experiences, gave plenty of breaks when needed, made everyone feel very comfortable and the learning was easy to follow and very clear. Most of all, he made a difficult subject FUN. Thank you
