I am grateful for this refresher. Kirstie was excellent today and answered all my questions. I feel more confident in using the restraints as a last resort. It was nice of her to remind me of the arousal model and explain each stage in detail. Overall, it was worth attending! Thank you 🤩
The refresher training was really good to remind me of correct techniques. Kirstie was engaging and addressed everyone to make sure we understood what is being taught. She was funny and her wealth of experience gave us some really good stories that related to the training. Thank you
