I have found the training today to be very useful and it is a good refresher for working with my client. I am leaving here a lot more confident than I was before I came here today.
This is my 3rd time being trained under Ben, he’s very encouraging, engaging and thorough. I’m never scared to ask a question or get a little bit of extra help. I have grown my knowledge in the industry and also person centred for the service we are supporting someone in. Thanks Ben

Over the past 3 days i have learnt many new skills to use in a safe way if needed! Ben our trainer was great and explained and showed everything he has tought us in such a simple way to remember! Ben is great and likes to make sure your safe and enjoy the course as much as you can :)

First day when we did coursework , which a lot help From ben and new ways of how to remember things second. Do you love me I was given some brilliant feedback on how to do some vegetables when is having fun as a group and on the Thursday I was really looking forward to in the practical, as haven’t done that type of course before hand fans excellent tutor and good at his job and also being a support worker. Sophie knows what he’s talking about. Look forward to more cautious with him.
