Ben was a brilliant trainer. He made sure everyone individually had understood everything as we went along. Very instructive.

Thorough information from both trainers, made sure all trainees were confident with what they were doing
Fabulous delivery and very interesting, they delivered it in a way I found easy to understand and helped me to relate it in actual situations and will help me understand and guide and support in services around the quality assurance with recording when behaviours of concern happen. There's alot of theory and big words used that some staff might not fully understand but Stacey was able to put alot of these across in lamens terms.
