Great refresher, not sure the other 3 full days are necessary as it was a full and informative day.Response : Thank you, Claire, for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you found the session informative. In line with RRN Training Standards, a three-day course is required to ensure all content is covered, followed by a one-day annual refresher. We appreciate your observations regarding the course duration, and this will continue to be reviewed in line with the standards.

Ben is a very relatable trainer. He obviously understands the challenges facing NHS staff. The training was very relevant and useful. I hope I'll be able to attend day 2 and I'd love to attend day 3 too, but I'm not sure I'll be allowed to as I think it's only A&E staff.
