I found it really engaging and learnt a great deal. There was lots of real life anecdotes and the flow of the conversation was perfect. Definitely the best I've been too Rachael Davies is a great facilitator.

I can’t believe I have learnt so many things in the last two day so good to keep refresher of the course ie what we learnt the day before we have been well trained today and I enjoyed the course

Liam was very knowledgeable on the subject. He made it interesting and enjoyable. He made it relevant to our workplace with knowing our individuals, so relate to them. Training is always better when it is enjoyable.
