It was great and informative.Really enjoyed the course.Clear communication and took time to make individuals undertsand if anything was lacking .Really fantastic.
The 3 days training has been so educating both theoretical and practical aspect. The staffs are well engaging and mannered. The sessions was fantastic and this training has actually thought me alot and I am very sincere I’m an improved person when it comes to practical aspect. Ability to teach is standard.
David is a great teacher, he understands content and breaks it down in bits to ensure you understand what is been taught for both the practical and theoretical aspect's
I had a very educational training session, I learnt new skills, more clearity, and more management procedures with respect to the three stages of service users, overall it was an excellent experience, hope to do it again soon, the tutors were very professional, friendly and left no stone untouched, he politely answers all questions been asked.

David was really helpful and thorough when explaining the task. I felt David really cared and wanted to make sure we understood what he was teaching so we would be ready to attend the service .
I feel the course was very useful for the role. The trainer was very knowledgeable about the subject matter, inclusive, jovial and his presentation both verbal and physical was very good. I think a lot has been invested into this training and it’s been a worthy past three days. I look forward to coming back next year for my training.
