Kirstie has an amazing friendly always smiling approach. Very helpful and didn't make you feel stupid for asking questions, or when you didn't do or say something quite right. Kirsties ability to help us understand a subject better was perfect. She engaged the group well and made us all feel comfortable. An excellent approach to teaching and I have learnt some new techniques to add into my own training. An educational day that was very enjoyable

I’ve done a full course of PBS and this is now My second PBS refresher. Was great to have a refresher again after not needing to use PBS techniques for over a year. Great to keep up to date
