Brilliant, informative and enjoyable - Ben knew what he was doing and even when it looked “daunting” he managed to show the smooth transition between positions etc I actually feel confident with what we may have to do. Thank you!

Amazing teacher. Kept us captured for the whole course even the legislations! Kirstie had a great approach and helped us understand even when things get hard, I have more confidence and understanding to help with my job role! So thank you guys so much!!
