Very informative. Information and examples given were useful and relevant. Ben used anecdotal examples in order to illustrate a point. He answered questions honestly nd we were allowed to express our own ideas and opinions.
The course has been highly useful in equipping me with the necessary skills should I need to restrain. All three days were extremely informative and I feel able to utilise the necessary skills to support and ensure that the students are safe - should there be any students who experience a loss of control. Ben has a fantastic trainer who ensured that the training was delivered in an accessible way.

The trainer Ben was an excellent over the last 3 day. One main thing I liked about his training is that, he made sure we was sure about everything and mastered it. This for me stood out One of the best trainers in general👏🏾🙌🏾

Very informative and trainer explains in detail and demonstrated very good.
All round good course. Lots of guidance and explanations from the trainer who spent time explaining, and going over the restraints. To make sure we all felt knowledgeable and conf to use them safely.
The refresher was good, and very helpful to my current role, it was good to listen to the trainer explain things again.
