Ben really went above and beyond. His experience and knowledge really made the course personal and open to all to ask questions and give comment. I learnt a lot of the science behind why certain holds are not taught and a history into the horrific cases in the past. Super 3 days and constantly learning!

This course was extremely insightful and beneficial for me. The theory side helped me to better understand service users and what they experience and how we as service providers can help them to be safe and comfortable. The practical side was very good and a lot of fun learning the different strategies, how and when to apply them effectively. Great course, Great trainer, great experience
I learned many skills that are useful for understanding the needs and challenges of the pupils in our setting. I am more empowered to use positive behaviour support strategies.
Ben our trainer was very engaging, he knew his stuff and was very fun with it which made it more easier to learn. Great content and I’ve learnt a lot that I will bring back to my work place.
Very informative. Information and examples given were useful and relevant. Ben used anecdotal examples in order to illustrate a point. He answered questions honestly nd we were allowed to express our own ideas and opinions.
The course has been highly useful in equipping me with the necessary skills should I need to restrain. All three days were extremely informative and I feel able to utilise the necessary skills to support and ensure that the students are safe - should there be any students who experience a loss of control. Ben has a fantastic trainer who ensured that the training was delivered in an accessible way.

The trainer Ben was an excellent over the last 3 day. One main thing I liked about his training is that, he made sure we was sure about everything and mastered it. This for me stood out One of the best trainers in general👏🏾🙌🏾
