I would say the training was fine and there were minutes breaks to get some rest and get back to it again. Overall I would say everything was a success and I believe I have learnt enough and gained the skill and knowledge needed.
I have really learnt new knowledge and skills. Racheal Bradford was very good in her presentation.
This is a brilliant and educative course, I will recommend this for any organisation, Ben was fantastically brilliant. I learnt a lot as an individual on how to keep my patient safe. Break away skills was fabulous. Thanks a lot
Ben is an awesome trainer. He was personable, engaging and a great communicator. I have learnt so much from this course and i feel equipped to go into the working environments to keep the service user and myself safe.
The teaching,the course in general was absolutely Good and mind changing..it changed a lot of perspective about how to handle and understand different situation and approach them well in order to create a safety environment and keep everyone safe...Ben is absolutely a good teacher and the positivity he has impacted into us in the teaching is beautiful and wonderful..Thank you so much ....
The whole of today's training was a good fresher on your breakaway moves and knowledge on how a individual you care/ support for , how to be care for , dignity and respect and rights and the person training was excellent and the way through training

The course was really helpful and helped me to remember a lot of techniques that I have learnt over a year ago, since we haven’t had the need to use them at our work place. Liam was very nice , and patient throughout the all course. He engaged well with everyone and made it look very easy and simple to understand all that was being taught . He made us feel comfortable to ask questions whenever needed .
He is good trainer I ever met good source of knowledge he know his technique how to involve everybody n engage everyone I rate him 10
