Thought Provoking Course - Knowledgeable and Fun Trainer
Could do with a trigger warning as I found elements very challenging and increased my own anxiety. Trainer was very informative and helpful and his personal insights and analogies

Very informative and learned a lot. Gained more skills and knowledge to take further and implement in package working to support service users with high standards of care and support and working within guidelines. Nice and relaxed atmosphere and kind and attentive trainer.

I liked that we were told the information rather than coming up with obvious answers in group work like I have had to do before. I liked that Kirsty had lots of experience and I got a few good tips from her like intentionally getting things wrong as a means of distraction.
