Great refresher intresting to see how things have change
The course was really helpful and helped me to remember a lot of techniques that I have learnt over a year ago, since we haven’t had the need to use them at our work place. Liam was very nice , and patient throughout the all course. He engaged well with everyone and made it look very easy and simple to understand all that was being taught . He made us feel comfortable to ask questions whenever needed .
He is good trainer I ever met good source of knowledge he know his technique how to involve everybody n engage everyone I rate him 10
Ripley delivered the content well and I am going away with added knowledge on how best to support my service users. It has been amazing on this course.

Training was good learned a lot from the trainer it was good to refresh the trainer is patent and help were possible struggle or even to improve when you have a concern about a subject it was great highly recommended aswell highly recommend the trainer did a great job.
