Jonathan was amazing, helped all the team feel settled and come out of their shells as thus was the first time some of the team had met. Very supportive and helpful getting everyone involved! Would definitely want him to come and do our refresher!

The course was absolutely brilliant. Hannah was wonderful. She absolutely knew her stuff and was incredibly knowledgable and welcomed any and all questions. Helping make the knowledge relatable to our own experiences and checking our understanding throughout. I feel far more confident in dealing with behaviours that challenge and having the models to reflect and adapt to really help my customers progress and achieve their goals. Thank you!
