Perfect trainers, a lot to learn from. Had a blast
Jonathan and Liam were amazing throughout the course! Incredibly informative and organised. I appreciate how they emphasized the importance of using physical restraint as last resort and the focus on de-escalation techniques. Created a safe and supportive learning environment during the training, allowing for open discussion and questions! Absolutely amazing
I enjoyed the course and learned a lot about the care sector. Both John and Liam made the course material easy to understand, I especially like how they gave practical examples.

Informative and enjoyable
It was really an enlightening course, quite engaging and worth the time.
Liam and Jonathan did a really nice job, they are very relating, understanding , lovely and well trained personnel... They taught the course so well and I'm very happy to be one of the student... I enjoyed it from the beginning to end... They are lovely, I would recommend them anyday
John and Liam really showed much experience about how much the course will help the service users and it was really good to learn from high level experienced and people who know what they doing and regards to the safety of other i personally enjoyed and found it easier to learn because of how much the communicate and answered questions.
