Hannah delivered the course effectively and in a way that was very informative. Answered all questions asked and ensured that everything was understood before moving on to the next part of the course. I feel very confident in what I have learnt during the course.

A really excellent training session. Liam was a fantastic trainer and explained/shown us all the techniques to keep us all safe. He also went through BSC’s paperwork to ensure the staff know how to fill them in, in the appropriate manner. Thank you Liam it was a pleasure to be trained by you
