The video bus outdated as the handling of the child is not what is currently right
Great course, it’s a long day to be sat down in a lecture style environment but the discussions and group work with breaks helps to break this up.
Very pro-active. Can relate to my line of work. These techniques can be transferred in everyday life for safety
Related to the job role. Hopefully won't use physical breaks, useful to know if required
Excellent course (PBS). has refreshed my skills in regards to the arousal model and the types of interventions when addressing behaviour concens. Primary, Secondry, None- Restrictive Tertiary and Restictive Tertiary.
Brilliant trainer that clearly has lots of experience. Kept the trainees engaged and and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

Because of how the course was delivered I found it easy to concentrate & retain the information given. Concentration is something I would normally struggle with. Alan used a lot of humour to help when needed, as well as keeping it very professional and informative. Thank you.
