Brilliant course gave more indepth knowledge then i had previously. Great experience in the field for which he is training staff in and made the session fun and engaging.

Jonathan was great! He went through each P.I and P.B.S clearly and effectively. Jonathan was also 'real', very informative and educated. The start of the course was rocky as there was a miscommunication with the time. Also, with waiting around for someone to open up yet, this was out of Jonathan hands.
