Jonathan made me a day! I am very happy about today's Sherwood training. I have earned more information including theory and practical part of the training. The training gave me more confidence about Sherwood restraining techniques. Jonathan was very professional and made everyone welcome. Many thanks.
Jonathan was great! He went through each P.I and P.B.S clearly and effectively. Jonathan was also 'real', very informative and educated. The start of the course was rocky as there was a miscommunication with the time. Also, with waiting around for someone to open up yet, this was out of Jonathan hands.
