Kieran was very in depth with the course and made sure we understood everything before he moved on to the next module. All questions were answered well. I learnt a lot.
The session was very interactive, informative and quite educative. I had a great learning time as the instructor was top notch and quite professional., Friendly and listens to our questions and proffer appropriate solutions

Very interesting and good learning techniques
Found it really useful to go over and discuss the practices and strategies relating to PBS, with my colleagues. The practical refresher session on breakaways and physical interventions was also really helpful and I am so pleased I got to go through it all again before the new school year starts. The trainer was great - very engaging and knowledgeable. Thanks!
