I feel this training was delivered in a fun and efficient way. I feel working in small groups works best for me so it was perfect these last 3 days. I have learnt a lot of new ideas/techniques over the last couple of days and also refreshed my memory on what I already knew. Ben was great as a trainer. He delivered the course in a fun manner which made me engage more.
Ben was a great trainer, he made things fun so this made me more eager to learn and join in with debates and give opinions. I learnt a lot about why children display certain behaviours which will help me moving forward in my job and I will now be able to understand the children I care for moving forward. I gained lots of knowledge around autism, which will also help me with a young person I care for and in every day life being in the community. Ben has also given me knowledge on behaviours which will also help me with my own children which I'm greatly appreciative for. Ben was very complimentary when doing pbs which made my confidence come out more. Great training!
This was an excellent course throughly enjoyed every minute, also how in-depth it was and Ben was a brilliant trainer made me feel very relaxed! Listen to cue’s!!!

The course went really well. Lindsey showed us the techniques clearly and helped with any questions we had during the course. The practical was very helpful and well ran.
I found the course really interesting and good, i found the trainer was really good at explaining and showing me the techniques. And listened to my questions and answered them really well.
