Mat put the course across in a fun informative way

I like the smaller groups as it is more interactive, the session was enjoyable and Matt was able to bring humour so made the session fun

A fantastic day. Learnt a lot have a better understanding of physical restraints. Enjoy the interaction with the group during the practical session.
