Ben was our trainer Excellent course, theory resonated with work practices. Practical breakaway techniques were incredibly useful
The course was delivered very competently delivered by Ben and he kept the groups interest throughout with a combination of knowledge and well mannered humour.
Fabulous course Trainer Ben used simple gargon for the group to understand I enjoyed all of the 2 day course I have learnt new skills especially the breakaway
