Very thorough training session, and made easy to understand.
I found the day really interesting and felt that it was something that I would actually actively be able to put into my practice. It is just a very long and information-heavy day so can be quite tiring by the end of the day. But overall Kirstie was great!
Great trainer, very helpful and knowledgeable. Training content was quite long and a lot to take in over a day, may be better to condense information if possible :-)
