Very informative, continually relating the theory to our work/service users helped my understanding of what I was learning. Fiona kept us all very engaged, was enthusiastic & her passion for her work shone through. She was very good at answering any questions we had, explaining the theory as well as providing anecdotes from her own work experiences. I really enjoyed every part of the whole 2 days and I think Fiona is an amazing trainer !

The trainer possessed a very good understanding throughout all areas of the training. He also ensured that the lessons were enjoyable and kept us engaged throughout.
