Well delivered, and informative

I enjoyed the course very interesting I prefer learning by practical but I have already don't fristaid a number of times ,the trainer was funny

Very informative and very well delivered training. Practising the techniques, and being observed and assessed by the trainers, gave me the confidence to know that I understood and was competent in each hold/redirect/breakaway technique. Trainers were very supportive.
