Very well structured and great explanations with great descriptions throughout. The trainers were great and very helpful to answer any questions and helped where needed. The booklet provided was very handy and useful.

The course was very informative and I have learnt a lot. Leigh has been amazing and made me feel very comfortable to ask questions and helped us very much.
Having maternity leave for 8 month, this course has been very helpful to refresh my memory on PI and ways to manage behaviour. I thought the course was so factual and informative. I learnt alot,and had fun as well. Jon and Ben where very professional through out.
It did not feel like a course at all. It was so interactive the main course leader is so articulate and pays attention to detail. The sub is a very calm person and helpful. The course was an overall enjoyable experience.
