AI summary of reviews

Consistently knowledgeable, patient and engaging trainers are the provider’s clearest strength, making complex theory accessible through humour, real-life examples, discussion and hands-on practice. Attendees value the safe, supportive atmosphere, clear explanations, thoughtful adaptations and opportunities to ask questions and repeat techniques until confident. Courses are generally well structured and paced, with useful breaks, and learning transfers directly to workplace practice and everyday situations; a few attendees find some sessions longer or more repetitive than necessary.

Ben is Phenomenal. He made the training interesting, engaging and so much in my brain now and I will see this as a part of my routine to allow me manage myself, the service user(Neil), and others I come across. In overall, Ben made me a better support worker letting me know that for every action there is something underline in it, and how to respond to those actions. “For a breakaway, no breakwaway” “For a restraint, no restraint” those words were phenomenal and rings in my system.there is no reason to get to that level of restraint if the approach is able to dexescalate. For Andrew, he came and was a part of our training , he supported Ben throughout and will be glad to continually speak with him to know more as and when due. Thank you guys. 👍

Very good to refresh and cover the subject in a smaller group, I came away with a better understanding on the concept of reflective practice to provide person centred support for our members focusing on primary strategies.
