Absolutely fantastic training session’s, Ben and Rodger was exceptional, made me realise things that I wouldn’t never really think of also the mindset on behaviour techniques, the physical side was on a different level to, happy with everything and definitely learnt a lot of work techniques and out of work to, thanks guys
This course was absolutely amazing and by far the best way to learn. From the moment we walked through the door, the trainer Ben, instantly created relationships with everyone. Also, Roger was exactly the same. I learnt so much during this course. Every little thing from speaking to restraints was made so easy by both the trainers. I would definitely recommend this course to every single security officer.

Overall over the 3 days I really enjoyed the course and learnt a lot from it. The staff were amazing kind and helpful. During these 3 days I learnt the practical side where the techniques we used were very helpful and extremely safe. Also I learnt how to speak to people and how different people can be feeling. So I’ve enjoyed this course and it was very vital for me because I learnt how to deal with different scenarios in a hospital environment The main thing was for me to stay relax in situations and to boost my confidence and with ben and roger it made me comfortable to speak with any patient or anyone that needs help I also learnt that in every situation to stay calm collected and patient in everything that comes to you Furthermore i would like to say the way that they engaged with me made me want to learn and kept me intrested so thanks for the help and support
The course was amazing Ben and roger did an amazing job showing us the high positive way of the security industry and how security guards are more than just “Tough bouncers” but are caring and committed to ensuring safety of ourself and others, although the physical intervention taught us how to restrain the main goal and objective is to communicate with the patients to de escalate the situation. Ben and Roger kept the course interesting and lively and taught us some really good insider tips that will remain with us through out our careers
I have received a lot more knowledge of how to understand people, I have become more confidence in restraining and using that as a last result. Cheers Ben and Rogger
This is my 3rd course for a Securtiy job but the way Sir Ben and Sir Roger delivered us the theory course plus physical training it was up to dated safe fruitful and we can use to help and keep us and the people we are going to deal safe and secure.
My over all experience of the course has been amazing. I have learned stuff that I never knew before and it has been interesting and Very professional. My tutors Ben and Roger have been amazing they are top tutors I have ever been taught by. More than being “Intimidating Security Guards” they taught how to be a security guard who ensures safety and how to communicate instead of hands on and a guard who is always happy to help!!!
