Lee is a good trainer, he took his time to explain and gave very good examples, using real life scenarios and he also made sure there was a one on one assessment for every thing that was taught. Our course trainer was Lee. Lee’s knowledge is so extensive and he delivered the content of the course brilliantly! Absolutely loved the course, found it interesting and definitely useable in my role as a support worker. Lee has got a gift for training. He is very relatable and down to earth. This was a very helpful informative course. The trainer mixed the course up with discussions around the topic, practical and slides so it wasn’t to repetitive. I found this to be very helpful for my learning style

Michaela was a brilliant instructor and had conducted the course well, She was patient with her staff and I really feel like I have learnt alot and have benefitted well. I feel confident in all aspects of the training provided.
