Good course, lots of useful information and visuals. Good amount of practical work with plenty of time to go over things if unsure. Knowledgeable and experienced trainer

Alex was a very friendly, approachable and helpful trainer. Her way of teaching is very efficient, we as a team learnt a lot in the 3 days we were there. Such a lovely character! Can’t wait to see her again for any future training. The course was interesting and useful not just in the job role but for life in general. I enjoyed it very much.

I really enjoyed the 2 day training and have learnt good techniques and break away techniques I found the trainer Liam really good as he explained everything clearly to understand. Helped you in anyway very approachable
Fantastic training, very informative to the service regarding a gentleman we support. I will use breakaway techniques with confidence when needed. Liam was brilliant, friendly & very very knowledgeable and I feel more positive in the understanding of the structures of behaviours. Thankyou 😊

Although this is the second time I have done this course I feel the trainer delivered the course in a refreshing but professional manner. I am always happy to do PBS training as this can only benefit the people I support in a positive manner and keep them and myself safe
