The course was extremely well paced and structured. The resources available for the course are excellent, informative and equip delegates well for our own course delivery.
Lee is a great guy, very interactive. Makes the course simple and straight forward. Wasn’t boring at all and made it lively and was very well explained.

The training delivered Lee came across very professional but also made it personal which reached out to me on a best level possible due to the course it was. He explained everything to the best he could where I didn’t even feel the need to ask further questions as it was demonstrated perfectly. He made me feel confident during and after the course. It was just perfect start to finish!
Dea is a fantastic trainer! She made the course; engaging, informative and interesting. We were given lots of opportunities to ask questions and share examples which really added to the learning experience. When it came to the practical parts, Dea was patient and gave no judgement to those who needed further guidance. Lots of information to take in think it could be longer as when the penny properly drops there’s lots of questions no time to ask. Fascinating subject .
