Lee had Great delivery style really, accessible delivery of course , great real life work examples that are relatable . Just excellent, fun and engaging 😁
Lee was absolutely brilliant. I entered the training course, not expecting to learn anything useful due to the nature of the people in my service. Lee was so knowledgeable and was able to use his own personal experiences to make the course relatable and interesting and I am confident that I will use what I have learnt in every day life and work.
