really enjoyed doing the course Liam was really detailed within explaining each task at the best of his ability and when struggling to understand he used techniques and more detailed ways and made sure we understood.Made us all feel comfortable and always gave up the support we needed best trainer I’ve come across well done Liam :)

It was a great refresher course, the trainer Ben was really engaging and informative. The group discussions were very helpful. I feel more confident now supporting individuals at work after this training today.
