The training was delivered in a way that I understood. Andy was able to engage us all and allowed us to question our own practices . Thinking out of the box . The facilitator course was more in depth but very useful. I will take what I learned and put it into practice.
Honestly the trainers showed and demonstrated the correct way to handle situations in a bad environment/situation they also showed a lot of respect and patience’s when working with trainees it also showed how to work together as a team and how to work through hard times
Excellent course. Very useful skills to add to my knowledge prior to joining GSTS. Everything made much more sense, the moves wr learned are much more efficient and safer for the guards and patients. Felt engaged every minute of the course
I have learnt a lot in the pass 3 days and I can now walk away from this with a lot of knowledge I didn’t know before such as restrains when to use them and use it as a last resort talk first. Cheer Ben and roger best trainers #gangtas
Amazing !! couldnt have been any better. I learnt alot about how to communicate with people and what things to say and not to say....Also the physical intervention was really helpful as they turned out to be alot easier than expected. Also Roger and Ben Where amazing and could not have asked for better trainers !! Loved every second off it :)

Really engaging and lots of communal chat with in the training session in regards to personal experiences with in our work settings. Really useful strategies and plans to implement with in our work setting, lots of very useful knowledge gained ! Amazing course !!

Absolutely fantastic training session’s, Ben and Rodger was exceptional, made me realise things that I wouldn’t never really think of also the mindset on behaviour techniques, the physical side was on a different level to, happy with everything and definitely learnt a lot of work techniques and out of work to, thanks guys
This course was absolutely amazing and by far the best way to learn. From the moment we walked through the door, the trainer Ben, instantly created relationships with everyone. Also, Roger was exactly the same. I learnt so much during this course. Every little thing from speaking to restraints was made so easy by both the trainers. I would definitely recommend this course to every single security officer.
