Amazing training. Covered up all concerns about restraint
Well presented but a bit in depth in places. A lot of the course was more geared to clients in residential care with learning disabilities and some of the techniques are not appropriate for the community based clients i support, but overall interesting and some good points to take away from the day.
Excellent use of knowledge and constantly ensuring all staff are competent
Provided amazing training and kept us all engaged, helped to provide safer care for our service users
