AI summary of reviews

Consistently knowledgeable, patient and engaging trainers are the provider’s clearest strength, making complex theory accessible through humour, real-life examples, discussion and hands-on practice. Attendees value the safe, supportive atmosphere, clear explanations, thoughtful adaptations and opportunities to ask questions and repeat techniques until confident. Courses are generally well structured and paced, with useful breaks, and learning transfers directly to workplace practice and everyday situations; a few attendees find some sessions longer or more repetitive than necessary.

Ben was Very confident and easy to understand. The theory was a really good insight to show the different stages to consider, who’s at risk, acts to think about. I liked the discussion involved and the experienced staff on the group were helpful. I was guided through thoroughly when needed correcting. Thank you for the training and I would recommend to any services looking for this

Liam was extremely knowledgeable of the subject we learned about over two days. The course was very well organised and the knowledgable trainer answered all questions thoroughly. I really liked the pace and tone of the course and because of this it was one of the most enjoyable training courses I have attended. I have learned new things about PBS that I will incorporate into my day to day work which will be immensely beneficial for myself, colleagues and whom we support. Excellent trainer.

Even though Liam looks like Wayne Rooney & has a ginger beard he is a good trainer. He gets through a lot. He actively listens to all the attendees & shows he has by demonstrating what he’s remembered. He’s a talker & purposely repeats the important stuff because he knows repetition is the mother of all skills. He’s also quite strict. He knows people naturally get tired on a two day course & will peak & trough but pushes everyone to keep trying. I was tired today but Liam kept things interesting which kept me engaged & kept my attention.
