I have found the course very informative, engaging and very relatable. Ben has been an amazing trainer and kept it engaging throughout. I feel like I have learnt more on this training than any previous training within this line of work. It has made me really think and realise why I do this job and how beneficial good training is for this job. Ben has also supported me throughout the last 3 days and I really appreciate it.
Great course, great trainer. Engagement was good and wasn’t just a powerpoint drag. Good breaks in between too.
Response: It’s great to know that the interactive delivery and well-timed breaks kept the course engaging throughout. Thank you for taking the time to recognise both the trainer and the overall experience!
First time with this training and the trainer was good .
Good structure, interesting presentation, comprehensive information presented
Trainer Jack was absolutely amazing. He engaged with us well keeping us hooked rather than reading just off a board, actually asked our opinion and gave real world knowledge in order to help us understand.
Response: What fantastic feedback for Jack! We’re so pleased his interactive approach, real-world experience and genuine interest in everyone’s opinions made the training engaging and easy to understand. We’ll be delighted to pass your kind words on to him.
Jack is a great trainer, you could tell had a lot of theory knowledge but has also worked in fields where PBS is used. I feel like i understand more about pbs than i did previously despite working in roles where its used regularly. Would reccomend!
Response: It’s great to hear that Jack’s strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience brought PBS to life, helping deepen your understanding despite your own experience in the field. Thank you for the recommendation—we’ll be delighted to share your feedback with Jack.
