Liams style was great and kept everyone engaged. There was a lot of information shared and to ensure it was retained Liam revisited content a number of times but did so in a fun, engaging way.
Considering I have never done this course before I have really enjoyed being apart of this course and team. The trainer was Very helpful and also took the time to go through questions you were unsure on and great feedback on how well you did.
Liam was a really good trainer, helped alot by explaining thing we didnt understand. He made the full course entertaining.

Very informative course full of information presented in a very formal relaxed way giving everyone the chance to participate and to ask questions so as to aid learning. Teaching was delivered in a way that supported all learners of different abilities ensuring that they were listened to respectfully. Although I didn't do practical I did listen and observe so that I am aware of how my staff will approach situations
