Good pace of training and informative. Learnt things I hadn't from previous training

Lee gave me an amazing understanding on PBS and how to apply it to services users lives. I would recommend Lee in future for anyone that is going to or is doing support work for a better understanding of what young people expect from staff for a better quality of life

Great trainer he has a great way of explaining information. Easy to approach really enjoyed the while training as i had not been on it for over 4 years so it was a great refresher. Thanks Lee
