Lee Presented the course wonderfully. He was full of energy, creating a very warm and comfortable environment. This was one of the very few courses I enjoyed, it was very informative, and Lee inspired me very much on the topic of PBS. Lee confidently answered my queries in a manner that was very influential to me. He gave positive and insightful feedback, taking his time out to praise us. Lee has very likable attributes, which naturally allow him to get through to those that he trains. A big thank you to Lee for delivering this course, and giving me much insight into how I would approach behaviours. I rate a 10 to the trainer, content and the room! Excellent day :)

One of the best training sessions ever attended. Content was up to the mark and relevant to the job. I liked the activities most of all. Learned 3 breakaway techniques as required by service I am going to work. Practiced those techniques with Lee over and over and i am confident to apply them if required. Very informative session.
