Very good training and trainer. After 5 years of receiving this training, the knowledge and consistency delivered by the team is excellent. Changes are thoroughly explained and the relaxed yet serious approach is appropriate to the nature of the course and beneficial to it's participants.

Both instructor were great. Explained in detail about the subject matter, and provided examples and real life scenarios. Related the training to our actual day to day practise. Was interactive and enjoyable.

Training course was very informative and in depth of positive behaviour Strategies which I’ll take away and put into practice with service user I work with. Ben the trainer was fantastic, very passionate which made asking questions very easy. A lot of knowledge was gained.
