Ben Made it very interesting, made sure everyone was motivated and engaged at all times! We was all able to have a laugh with him! There was even personal questions about my own life situation and Ben was able to give me some understanding and managed to help me and guide me into the right direction! The course was very informational. The information is definitely worth applying when working with residents, knowing it works. The physical intervention techniques are easily applicable.

This course was amazing I got so much from the hole thing learning all the different ways to help to bring peoples back to base line
