Joe was a really good trainer is knowledge on the subject was really good and he got everybody involved in the course and we had a lot of group discussions.Response : We place a real emphasis on shared learning and experiences, we find it really helps people connect with the course content. The tutor was really easy going and happy to help and teach which made it a comfortable training. The course educated me on approaches to human behaviours that I wasn’t aware of.
