I strongly feel the training has helped me to understand challenging behaviors and how to use physical intervention correctly. Chantelle is a great teacher, she was very patient with me over the 3 days

The course has been very educative, the process of the delivery of the training is very explicit and clear to understand. The training is very good i learnt so much and i will surely use it to help prevent behaviors and reduce restraint going forward.
The course was interesting and the trainer kept me engaged throughout. I felt I learned a great deal as well as refreshing my existing knowledge.

Absolutely loved it. The roulette game was a good addition to the training and helps to break down the training. Also helps the group to be calm and to have fun.
