Was good refreshing training and I did really learnt a lot about the PBS, helped me getting more confidence skills to be able support service users.
This training was best ever,the trainer Stacey made it easy and understandable for everyone. I really enjoyed it.

The course is great and it enlightens me more on how to support our residents in the best way
