Kirstie was fabulous, really knowledgeable and managed to keep everyone engaged for an entire day. I will definitely think more about why people are exhibiting behaviours of concern at work and how we can address this with PBS. I found it all really interesting. Lee was brilliant at delivering the course. It covers the psychology n the science aswell as the physical aspects of it.
